Reservation conditions
1. RESERVATION
Reservations can only be made via our booking system on the website or by e-mail. A reservation is only valid if it is also confirmed in writing by the campsite with a reservation number.
2. PAYMENTS
After receiving the reservation confirmation, 40% of the total rental fee must be paid within 2 weeks. An amount up to 60 euros should be paid in full. This payment guarantees you a place on the campsite.
Payment of the remaining amount must be received by the campsite no later than 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
For reservations within 4 weeks before arrival, the total amount due must be transferred at the same time as the reservation.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee or cancel the reservation if payment is not received by the due date.
3. PRICES
Published rates for a given season, subject to possible printing errors, unforeseen VAT levies, taxes and government charges and actual manifest errors, will remain unchanged during that year for reservations already made. New rates may be published during the current season and are valid from the date of publication for reservations or single stays made after the date of publication and until newer rates are published.
4. DEPOSIT
For the rental accommodations (bungalow tent, cocosweet and mobile home) we ask for a deposit. This deposit is 100 euro and must be paid on arrival by pre-authorisation with a credit card. Upon departure the deposit will be refunded, provided that the rental accommodation is left tidy, no inventory is missing and no damage has been done to the accommodation or the inventory. The rental accommodation must be left clean.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Camping: the pitch can be occupied from 1:30 p.m. and must be vacated and left clean at 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Waste must be deposited in the waste containers at the entrance to the campsite.
Rental accommodation: the accommodation you have rented will be at your disposal from 3:00 p.m. onwards. Within 1 hour of your arrival, you must report to reception any shortcomings and/or missing inventory. On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation clean and tidy before 10:00 a.m.
6. CANCEL CAMPING, MOBILE HOMES AND TENTS
Reservations can be adjusted or cancelled free of charge until April 1, 2024.
If cancelled up to 56 days before arrival, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
If cancelled 56 to 28 days before arrival, 40% of the total rental fee will be charged.
If cancelled 28 to 8 days before arrival, 75 % of the total rent will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, 100 % of the total rent will be charged.
No refunds will be made for earlier departures or later arrivals.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
7. CANCELLATION FUND
Affiliation with the cancellation fund is advised. By joining the cancellation fund, one can safeguard oneself for the costs of cancellation of the rental accommodation/campsite, if one of the travel companions:
A. suddenly falls ill or is injured as a result of an accident
B. suffers a death in the immediate family, i.e. death of spouse, husband, parents, parents-in-law, children, brothers or sisters.
In addition, this fund indemnifies you for cancellation costs if the head of the family becomes involuntarily unemployed. Closing the cancellation fund is only possible directly at the time of booking. The cancellation fund provides coverage from the day of booking until the departure date you enter on the reservation request.
In case of premature departure, for one of the reasons mentioned above, refunds will be made in proportion to the number of vacation days not taken. In this case, you must report the evacuation of the rental facility/campsite to the campsite reception. Expenses and consumed extras will not be reimbursed in case of premature vacation cancellation. To qualify for payment from the cancellation fund, a cancellation statement and supporting documents must be submitted.
In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the cancellation fund premium and the reservation fee. The premium is 5,5% of the total amount with a minimum of 5 euro.
8. LIABILITY/CODE OF CONDUCT
Campers or users of a rental accommodation must respect the rules of conduct which the manager wishes to be observed by the guests present on his premises.
Campers or users of rental accommodation who cause a nuisance may, after a warning, be evicted from the accommodation and removed from the campsite without reimbursement of payments.
Statements by Aux Rives du Soleil employees, other than the management, regarding the liability of Aux Rives du Soleil are not binding.
Small pets (a maximum of 1) are only permitted in rental accommodations if prior written permission has been granted by the campsite. It is not permitted to leave pets unattended in rental accommodation. For any damage or contamination, the owner of the pet or the person who brought the pet to the campsite is liable.
