SARL Les Rives (Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Bourg-en-Bresse no. 479 492 365), hereinafter referred to as Camping Aux Rives du Soleil, hereby grants you access to the websites of Camping Aux Rives du Soleil and invites you to book your camping holiday. Camping Aux Rives du Soleil reserves the right to change the content or remove parts at any time without having to notify you.

Limited liability
Camping Aux Rives du Soleil makes every effort to update and/or supplement the content of its websites as often as possible. Despite this care and attention it is possible that the content is incomplete and/or incorrect.

Specifically for prices and other information about products on the website, a reservation applies to manifest programming and typing errors, obvious mistakes and unforeseen levies and VAT surcharges. No agreement can be claimed with Camping Aux Rives du Soleil on the basis of such errors.

Privacy statement

Privacy-sensitive data or personal data are processed via our webshop. Camping Aux Rives du Soleil attaches great importance to dealing carefully with personal data. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and protected.

In our processing we comply with the requirements set by privacy legislation. Amongst other things, this means that:

  • we clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do so via this privacy statement;
  • we limit our collection of personal data to only those personal data that are necessary for legitimate purposes;

When using our web shop, we obtain certain data from you. This may include personal data. We store and use only the personal data provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or for which it is clear at the time of submission that it is provided to us for processing.

Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this in this privacy statement.

In addition to the information on our website, we may also inform you of our new products and services:

Contact form and newsletter
Through our webshop, we offer the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, in which you are asked to fill in various data to handle your question. You choose which data you provide when doing so. The data you send us will be kept as long as necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link through which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.

Location data
If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission is requested at the time.

This (location) data may also be stored and processed by the provider of e.g. navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, but the data may also be used by e.g. Google or Apple themselves. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the relevant provider.

Publication
We do not publish your customer data.

Disclosure to third parties
We may pass on your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement.

Our web shop includes social media buttons. This allows the operators of these services to collect your personal data.

Op onze webwinkel wordt gebruik gemaakt van cookies. Ook via derden die door ons zijn ingeschakeld worden cookies geplaatst.

Wanneer je onze webwinkel voor het eerst bezoekt, wordt er een mededeling getoond waarin wij jou uitleggen waarom wij cookies gebruiken. Verder gebruik van onze webwinkel vatten wij op als toestemming voor dit gebruik van cookies.

Het staat je vrij om cookies uit te schakelen middels je browser. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het mogelijk is dat onze website dan niet meer optimaal werkt.

Met derden die cookies plaatsen hebben wij afspraken gemaakt over het gebruik van de cookies en applicaties. Toch hebben wij geen volledige controle op wat de aanbieders van deze applicaties zelf met de cookies doen wanneer zij deze uitlezen. Google Analytics 
Wij gebruiken Google Analytics om bij te houden hoe bezoekers onze webwinkel gebruiken. Wij hebben een bewerkersovereenkomst met Google gesloten om afspraken te maken over de omgang met onze data. Verder hebben wij Google niet toegestaan de verkregen Analytics informatie te gebruiken voor andere Google diensten, tot slot laten wij de IP-adressen anonimiseren.

Beveiliging 
Wij nemen beveiligingsmaatregelen om misbruik van en ongeautoriseerde toegang tot persoonsgegevens te beperken.

Bewaartermijnen 
De hierboven beschreven persoonsgegevens worden bewaard voor zo lang als nodig om jouw bestellingen af te handelen, inclusief garantie. Daarna bewaren wij gegevens nog maximaal een jaar voor de beschreven statistische doeleinden. De gegevens worden vervolgens gewist, tenzij er een wettelijke plicht is die langer bewaren vereist (zoals de fiscale bewaarplicht van zeven jaar voor betaalgegevens).

Websites van derden 
Deze privacyverklaring is niet van toepassing op websites van derden die door middel van links met onze webwinkel zijn verbonden. Wij kunnen niet garanderen dat deze derden op een betrouwbare of veilige manier met jouw persoonsgegevens omgaan. Wij raden je aan de privacyverklaring van deze websites te lezen alvorens van deze websites gebruik te maken.

Wijzigingen in deze privacyverklaring 
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om wijzigingen aan te brengen in deze privacyverklaring. Het verdient aanbeveling om deze privacyverklaring geregeld te raadplegen, zodat je van deze wijzigingen op de hoogte bent.

Inzage en wijzigen van jouw gegevens 
Voor vragen over ons privacybeleid of vragen omtrent inzage en wijzigingen in (of verwijdering van) jouw persoonsgegevens kun je te allen tijde contact met ons opnemen via onderstaande gegevens.
